John Lynch’s Denver Estate Is On The Market
John Lynch has a lot of work to do.
The former NFL Super Bowl Champion and Fox Sports broadcasting analyst has just turned the page on a new chapter as General Manager of the San Francisco 49ers. The fact that Lynch jumped from the TV booth to the front office of one of the most storied franchises in all of sports is a feature in its own right. However, at the present time, Lynch needs to sell his house in Denver.
As you might guess, Lynch’s Colorado crib is in a phenomenal neighborhood.
Past pro athletes who have called the Buell Mansion neighborhood in Cherry Hills home include the Nuggets’ Chauncey Billups, Allen Iverson and Nene as well as former Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. In fact, Tebow is on record as saying it’s his favorite place that he’s ever lived.
So what are we looking at with the Lynch home?
Behind the private gates of this tony enclave, the six bedroom, eight bathroom residence with 4,808 square feet features everything from floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room, front and back staircases, an exercise room, study, a climate controlled wine cellar, master bath, walk-in closet, an open floor plan from kitchen to living areas, several outdoor living areas and patios with backyard views of the the lake as well as complete access to Buell Mansion’s elegant clubhouse, tennis courts, private pool and playground for the kids.
