On the Market: The NBA’s Tyson Chandler & His California Estate

TysonChandlerHomeEntrance

It pays to be tall. It also pays to put your Hidden Hills, California home on the market for $9.995 million.

The NBA’s Tyson Chandler falls into both of these categories and we think we hate him for it.

The current Phoenix Sun center is selling his single-level Traditional-style 12,000 square foot home that he bought five years ago for $5.45 million. Chandler redid the interiors while adding a detached man cave/theater room, a detached gym with a steam shower and horse facilities to the 1.34-acre property.

The man cave alone has us rethinking our own home layout.

TysonChandlerPool

French and bi-folding glass doors open to a covered lounge area and a swimming pool with a raised spa. Formal landscaping and large expanses of grass complete the setting.
